1.1 Service Description

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as misuse for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

2.4 Account Security

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

basb8 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents may delay or suspend your withdrawal. 4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳34,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing the total to ৳54,000. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. For example, a ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement does not apply to the deposit amount.

4.3 Bonus Misuse Policy

Creating multiple accounts, using another person's identity, or engaging in any fraudulent activity for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

4.4 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• Separate terms may apply to each bonus and promotion.
• basb8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements are met.

5.1 VIP Tiers

The basb8 VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze tier: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold tier: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

5.2 VIP Tier Changes

Users can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. basb8 reserves the right to determine and change VIP tiers at its own discretion. VIP benefits are provided subject to the bonus policy.

6.1 General Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the basb8 platform:

• Creating or operating an account for minors (under 21 years of age)
• Operating an account through fraudulent or unauthorized means
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Acting fraudulently toward other users
• Strategic betting to exploit bonus benefits (arbitrage betting)

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above rules are violated, basb8 may immediately take the following actions:

• Temporarily suspend or permanently close the account
• Cancel accrued bonuses and winnings
• Cancel active bets or games
• Report information to the relevant legal authorities

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games on basb8 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely fair and unbiased results. Each game outcome is independent and is not influenced by previous or subsequent games.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server issues, internet disconnection, or other technical reasons, the result of that game will generally not apply and the bet will be refunded. However, in certain circumstances the outcome will be determined based on basb8's technical logs.

7.3 Sports Betting
